2026 Griffin PCAC All-Conference honors
The Grossmont College softball program continues to build a competitive, hard-nosed identity centered on athleticism, versatility, and player development. Competing in one of California's toughest junior college landscapes, the Griffins pride themselves on gritty defense, aggressive baserunning, and a lineup capable of manufacturing runs while developing impact hitters for the next level.
Leading the charge in 2026 is a talented core of standout student-athletes recognized across the Pacific Coast Athletic Conference (PCAC).
Madison Loper, an Honorable Mention All-Conference catcher, anchors the defense while providing leadership and timely production at the plate. Madison led the conference with the most Total Chances on defense with 97 putouts, 4 assists, 1 error, and a fielding percentage of .990.
Elizabeth Stephenson, a 2nd Team All-Conference selection, brings speed and spark at the top of the lineup with the ability to change games using her bat, her legs, and her glove. Elizabeth hit .366, OBP .519, SLG .488, and led the conference with 13 walks
Kaleigh Baugher, a 2nd Team All-Conference selection, offers versatility as a true two-way player, bringing power to the lineup while dominating in the circle. Kaleigh pitched 72.2 innings, struck out 87 batters, which led the conference. She had 8.38 K's per 7 innings, and had an ERA of 2.79. She had special year in 2026 racking up 206 strikeouts(K), 2nd in the state.
Kameron McDaniel, a 1st Team All-Conference selection, impacts the game across the infield with her consistency, leadership, and overall presence. Kameron hit .533 and racked up 24 hits, both 4th highest in conference. OBP of .563 and a SLG of .667.
Congratulations to our Griffins who were recognized by their peers and achieved meaningful accolades that strengthen their resumes and set the standard for future Griffins to aspire to.
