Coach Mitchell & Grossmont College Football Win!!!

Saturday, September 14, 2024 saw Grossmont College Football defeat the Antelope Valley Marauders 24-12 during a thrilling Griffin Home Opener!! Our Griffin Student-Athletes played hard and with honor earning themselves and their new Head Coach & Director of Football Operations, Coach Mason Mitchell his first win and home Victory!!

The Griffins followed the lead of an extremely stingy Griffin defense who set an all-time Grossmont College Football turnover record with 8 takeaways. The Griffin offense also showed dynamic moments lead by sensational runs by Running Back Isaiah Presley! Our Griffin Football student-athletes have created buzz and excitement for the rest for the fall 2024 season with their efforts on Saturday!! Huge Congrats to Coach Mitchell and Griffin Football and we look forward to the rest of the season!!
